How to choose background image for a folder in Windows XP

.

In this tutorial , i will show you how to add an image to the background of any folder (folder wallpaper).
Just like this:

Now let's see how this is done.

Open your notepad and paste the following into it

    [ExtShellFolderViews]
    {BE098140-A513-11D0-A3A4-00C04FD706EC}={BE098140-A513-11D0-A3A4-00C04FD706EC}
    [{BE098140-A513-11D0-A3A4-00C04FD706EC}]
    IconArea_Image=C:\path\folder\background.jpg

Save it as Desktop.ini (don't forget to change the "save as type" to "All Files").

Now Right Click on that folder ---> Properties ---> Customize ---> Change Icon ---> Choose any icon.

Exit the folder and reopen it.
